Can I apply a default filter for all my analyses?
Learn how to assign a default profile of filters for each project and workset.
Users can set a predefined filter profile for the default variant table through each project's Settings tab.
For each workset, users can select a public filter profile from a drop-down menu. (Filter profiles can be created and saved from the Variant Viewer). This profile will automatically be applied to the variants table across all project analyses and for all users in the organization.
When creating a project, SeqOne's default settings will be applied unless modified by the user.
