Once you have configured several filters, you can save the filters applied as a filter profile (also called a preset) by clicking the **"Save as new"** in the top-right corner of the Filters panel. ![](https://hubspot.seqone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-18-2026-04-57-51-1032-PM.png?width=351&height=197&name=image-png-Mar-18-2026-04-57-51-1032-PM.png) Name the profile, choose whether you want to add it to your quick access bar, and set the visibility — private or public — when saving. **![](https://hubspot.seqone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-18-2026-04-58-27-6107-PM.png?width=315&height=297&name=image-png-Mar-18-2026-04-58-27-6107-PM.png)** **Public vs. private profiles** When saving a profile, you can choose its visibility: - **Private**: the profile is only accessible to you. - **Public (entity name)**: the profile is accessible to all users in your organization. **Editing a profile** Only the user who originally created a profile can edit it by clicking **"Update"**. If another user in the entity modifies a public profile, they will be prompted to save it under a different name.
