The new table provides all essential metrics—such as **repeat units, mutation range,** and **disease context**—to streamline the diagnosis of repeat expansion disorders directly in the platform, and includes a `repeats.tsv` export. ![](https://hubspot.seqone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Apr-24-2026-03-09-21-3552-PM.png?width=670&height=292&name=undefined-Apr-24-2026-03-09-21-3552-PM.png)   ### SegDup Calling *Clinically critical genes in homologous regions, finally resolved* We have integrated Sentieon’s **SegDup Caller** to detect Copy Number events in 9 highly homologous regions (SMN1, PMS2, CYP2D6, GBA, STRC, NCF1, CFH, CYP11B1, and HBA). The detected Copy Number events are now automatically called and visualized in the CNVs & SVs viewer as **"CNV Gain"** or **"CNV Loss"**, helping you identify variants in previously "blind" genomic spots.
