We are thrilled to present **SeqOne Platform v1.41**; this update brings numerous significant improvements to optimize your genomic analysis workflow.

In March we introduced several highly anticipated features, including a **redesigned threshold system for GeneCov** with the option for mean-based coverage evaluation, a revamped **filter interface with quick access bar**, configurable **default filter profiles** at the project level, **new QC features for germline** analyses, **Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) support** with GermVar 3, important advancements for somatic analysis including **TP53 database integration**, and many more updates!
