# What's new in SeqOne in September 2025?

## Read SeqOne’s release note to discover the new features in September 2025

Welcome to the September 2025 release of the SeqOne Platform! With **version 1.47**, we're excited to deliver a powerful combination of **major pipeline upgrades**, significant enhancements to our **reporting suite**, and a host of new features designed to streamline your workflow and improve precision.

Headlining this release are major updates to our** reporting capabilities**, giving you more control over clinical report creation and customization for compliance and clarity. We've also enhanced our **GnomAD functionalities** with new filtering and sorting options.

In our Germline section, we're introducing Cue, a **new CNV caller for WGS projects** that leverages deep learning to improve sensitivity for large variants, and we've improved our GenCC Transmission Mode filter. On the Somatic side, we've **upgraded SomaHRD to v1.5** with enhanced confidence metrics and enabled flexible launch options for SomaCGP without requiring the selection of a CNV or MSI baseline.
